Hi there, my husband and I are have been camping for over 10 years we love it. We have two children 5 and 2 who are now keen campers!!! We regularly use this site to choose our campsite - Thank you! We would love to meet up with other campers on some future rallies, how do we go about this, do we need to sign up etc.... Are there any others out there with similar aged children??? Looking forward to meeting up with some of you soon.

Hello and welcome
You don't have to sign up for anything at all.
Just keep posting joining in the fun/insanity.

If you look through the different areas then you'll see various places where people are going and meeting up.
All you need do is read the first post and then joining in if you want to.

So if you fancy a trip to Staffordshire in September have a read of the Pillaton thread under Central Meets. There are a few different Central meets happening.

If you facy joining everyone at Chy Carne have a read of the thread on South West Meets - there are a number of meets going on in the South West.

OR even better strat your own - just post that you are going to X on whatever dates and ask if anyone would like to join you or if anyone happens to be there to come and say hello.

There are some really nice peole on here

I have been a member on here for a long time but never managed to get to any meets. Think it would be great fun and as many of our friends (made through the kids) tend to opt for the holiday aboard we normally end up on our own. It would be lovely to join in with a few meets so i will start checking in more often to see when they're on.

We went to the Chy Carne meet with our 6 year old and 2 year old this summer it was fantastic - it was our very first time on a meet and we all enjoyed it so much that we are hoping to go again next year. There were 125 children on the meet of varying ages and they all seem to get along and made lots of friendships amongst themselves. The entertainment was good and the site good too :) So trawl the forum and take the plunge x x
