It seems to have gone very quiet over here. I know its the busy season for us caravaners but what are we all doing, where's everyone going or been?

We're for Benone again this weekend after having done the steam fair in Ballymena last weekend and Benone the weekend before, then to Gosford in 2 weeks for the vintage day.

We were up in Benone (Tourist) site for a week from 10th.  As usual we did the non-hook up as it is much quieter and I do enjoy the peace and quiet of no TV, listen to radio and read if I'm bored!  The kids had a ball on the beach everyday, surfing, kayaking, kiting and swimming. We had a good week, weather better than expected, wet at night but really not bad..

Heading to Drumaheglis on Thurs for 3 nights and weather looks a bit sunnier, but missing the lovely weather we had in May/June

You seem to be having a good time, vintage rallies are nice wee days out, we used to do the one in Kilbroney.

We were staying in Deighans for that week. I think i remember you having said you were heading down on the non electric. We were over with friends in the complex but I found it very noisy.

PS root beer supplies getting lower by the day

Cleared off to Killarney for the July fortnight.  Loved it!

I have never been in Killarney wot all is there to do?

We are just back from a great 17 nights in Scotland. Everything went very smoothly.  Sailed Belfast to Stranraer thanks to Tesco Club Card vouchers.  Weather wasn't too bad, but definitely cooler the further north we went!
