hello Freddie - no special ideas - just wondering .... All new to me and huge fun!  Only done 4 campsite nights St Columb/St Ives but more excitingly 2 wild camp - Helston/Lizard woohooo!

Anywhere special you favour in Cornwall? Am keen to find out everyone's recommendations.

Sooooo jammy, early retirement indeed !!!

Personally i adore the Dorset Coast, hoping to get there next week for Tue, Wed and Thurs night.

I may be tempted down to Cornwall though, any ideas?

ah yes am mega smug - though it was an ill health retirement as I cracked up, 2 yrs ago, sadly.   Fifi (my campervan - Fiat Doblo - get it?) was my lump sum positive action!!

Dorset - perfection of course - well. let me know if yr coming further west... - just about everywhere is stunning in cornwall .  I'm not that far into Cornwall if you don't fancy a long drive - cd find somewhere near -ish to England!  

I'm a novice to this super game but obviously know the area..

give dorset my love.... especially Chesil Beach

Hello again, well the forecast has improved slightly since i looked at the weekend so i think its gonna be Highlands End for Wed, Thurs Fri for me.

Fabulous location, clean and tidy facilities and leccy for my fan heater lol

Wet, windy, awesome views, crashing waves ... a nice little mini adventure!

You and Fifi should join me.

wow!! - have yet to venture into scotland (gasps of horror all round!) apart from toe dipping for work yrs ago.. even then was only Edinburgh Glasgow and Loch Lomond!!

am aware it's awaiting me - as is Wales -  - like knowing there's  huge boxes of chocolates waiting to be opened... yum!!

warn them i'll be on my way!! for now am sufficiently midge bitten having been gathering hacked down gorse for firewood along the coast part - and seem to have brought them into the house? must put up a 'no biting' sign..

will the midges be asleep by their own fires by now, for you? don't forget the repellant stuff if yr tasty like me

Never been bitten in Dorset yet lol

I am saving Wales and Scotland for finer weather.
