Just take care of yourself, okay? Especially of people who go on Burning, Raping and Pillaging Raids to Chester. (Sorry Lobey - just noticed that on your signature!)

Roll on the camping season!

Sorry Alan, I did not realise that that was where it happened.

Ofcourse you must go and lay your ghosts.

The walks around the Scone Site are wonderfully peaceful, especially down by the river.

<<< time to get it rolling again>>>

It is indeed Alan. Time to start using it for your own sake and also time to get back into UKCS company by attending some Meets.

I am sitting here today organising a 24 day trip to N.I. and Donegal using the Troon to Larne crossing. We will be meeting up with some of the N.I. members while we are there.

We have June, July and August sorted, now just needs a few Meets over April & May and then Sept & Oct, and then we'll be sorted.

Work?, Gardening?, Housework?, Decorating?, Stop swearing at me.

Hi Crockatt. I stay in the very north of Aberdeenshire so we aren't that close, wish we were closer..but then there is the school holidays so maybe we can meet up then.

Meeting up with members of a forum can be a very scarey prospect. I remember going to my first meet, we were all quite wary, watching one guy through our caravan window and trying to figure out if he looked ..well...normal  Once we got chatting to Neil he told us that is what he had been doing too   He said he was watching my hubby, who is a big guy!

I really enjoyed the meets I attended in the North of England, thay are all fab people who make you feel really welcome

Hi Tammy,

I too am a single parent camper, I stay in carnoustie, so not too far away from you. I dont tend to camp too far from here and often go towards crieff area and have been Lunan a couple of times. I would be wiling to swap emails and see about meeting up, was thinking of braving the easter hols weather. I am starting to get cabin fever, I am desperate to get out and about again. Also might try and get to some of the scottish meets on here this year.
:)

Hi, that sounds good, had thought about the easter hols but was away in a caravan last year about a month later and it was freezing, so am not sure now, i would be happy to swap emails, though i dont know how to do the link thing, maybe you do, i tend to try and not drive too far either.  Hopefully we can arrange something.

Thanks Tammy
