we have not been on a meet since the "old days" when it was a rally can understand why that finished but we miss the lovely company -we now do some cc rallies & enjoy them but would also like to meet up with you not sure which section we come under is there anyone else from south yorks/derbyshire --some meets i have been interested in were short notice & we had made arrangements--enjoy the peak district there is usually somthing going on we dont have young children but that does not mean we dont like them--(couldnt eat a whole one though)hope to see some of you this year Lilian

why not find somewher you fancy going and see if other want to go there too ?
I want to go away and have no idea where to go !!!

Hi Lilian, we live in south Staffordshire so the distance between us and yourselves is around 80 miles but like bobsbabes has suggested, if you would like to consider a location either for a long weekend or a few days mid-week then maybe we could meet up and have a chat over a nice cuppa. I don't know what age group you are but we are in our late 50's and have no children.

We are considering attending some CC meets this year, but mainly only those where you have access to EHU as we enjoy our telly in the evenings.

we are looking at cc rallies-- very few have ehu there is always somthing on in the evenings -we dont have tv in the van though when we go on sites for longer stays we have uhu & watch a vidio on the lap top --hope to meet up on ukc meets will look for a suitable site to suggest later at the moment we are going through a bad patch as father in law died last sat

Hi Lilian, firstly we send our condolences regarding the passing of your father-in-law recently, it's not easy when you lose a close relative. Apparently we are not members of the Caravan Club so we wouldn't be able to attend any of the rallies but good luck for the future as I'm sure there are plenty ot there that are members out there wishing to meet up at one of the CC rallies.

I`d love to attend another CC Meet. I live in the West Midlands and enjoyed the Pillaton Meet 2010, but unfortunately nothing was firmly organised for 2011.

Pillation was a great site to organise a rally, but the site no longer offers rates for single campers and never replies to Facebook comments.

I`d certainly be interested in attending a Weekend Meet in the Midlands surrounding area.

Hello everybody

We are having a couple of meets this year. One at Arundel in July and another in September near Wisbech (No hook ups left). All details are on the South East and East Anglia board under my name. We have had several meets in the past and have always had a laugh, so if you are prepared to travel a bit we would be delighted to see you
