To all you ladies out there are you interested in joining a group of us on the South Downs second week in September we range from Bushcrafters to Glampers. The Graffham site Nr Petworth has all facilities. We book independently with the site 'Graffham Camping and Caravanning site'. We will be arriving Monday 10th - Sunday 16th although some just come for the weekend. Sorry 30 plus age restriction as we are all within the 40-80 bracket. We are a discreet bunch so please leave your 'out and proud' t-shirts at home, although Lesbian humor reigns supreme at the evening get togethers. Great site, beautiful walks and fantastic company lol. xoxo
Are non-gay girls welcome? I'm nearly double the 30+ age bracket!! Love to camp, have a small dog, my own kit. Enjoy being outdoors, wild swimming, campfire cooking, quiet times reading.....but struggle to find camping buddies.
I would be interested in going for the weekend if non-gay women are welcome. I will look into transport as the website says bus in local village which is a bit vague. The site sounds lovely and peaceful - it's always good to get away from London
Unfortunately we have tried this but the dynamics of the group suffer as the gay fraternity feel they can’t speak openly, most are living or working in environments where they cannot converse about feelings/experiences etc. these camping trips are their only chance to relax and let their guard down with like minded friends and acquaintances. On the flip side the Graffham camping and caravanning club site is open to all and there is nothing to stop you booking and coming over to my pitch for a chat during the day as the group mainly get together from 1930 hrs in the evening. Just ask at reception for Berni Flint’s pitch number.
Perhaps Poppy and myself can camp seperately and just say hello to you.....poppy I'm looking for camping buddies....I like to do my own thing but it is nice to meet for a chat/cup of coco or even a meal.
You would be surprised how well an under 30's group would take off. Camping has really grown over the last five years and the young ones are far more adventurous than us oldies ;-)

I am a "young one" at a mere 47 :) and have always loved camping - despite the dreadful weather i had camping in Weymouth this year when my tent was flattened by the wind and rain
I adore camping as well, bit of an addict actually as have eighteen tents. Camped in the worse of 2012's weather being in Wales for the floods then moved to Cornwall for more severe floods but its a great way to test the tents and I love a challenge with mother nature ;-)
