Looks like I may miss this one, if it's mid-end April
I'm booked for Calne, Wiltshire for the nights of 18th-20th April, followed by the Haven site at Burnham on Sea for the following 4 nights (£8.50pn inc EHU and passes.
We may also be interested. We were going up to Northumberland in April now our daughter has told us she is taking the family out for dinner for her 40th on the 21st April so will have to be there. Let us know when you have decided the date and where. Funky, we live opposite side of Bedford to you - we can see the Cardington Hangers from our house so you may know where we live lol. We are also retired but I am physically disabled (arthritis) and hubbie had heart by-pass 4 years ago so bit slower than he used to be.

Hi Pete
Let us know where and when if you want to. We go through Harrold and Felmersham for ride out sometimes just to get out the house. Hope the floods didn't cause you any problems as I know it does flood round your way. I will have a look out for some sites to if you want.
Linda aka NannaB (and him indoors Mervyn aka Merv lol)

Hi Linda
Drop me a line on jonascrown1 at gmail.com and I will get back to you. Yes please, look for sites. The more and cheaper the better.
Cheers Pete
Can I ask if people wanting to go on these meets, are they a member (I hate that phrase lol ) of either the CC or the C&CC? That would help with finding a suitable site and of course they are cheaper. I've been looking for ones with pubs but they are seem to have no electric or are expensive between £18 to £25 per night). Do you need showers etc? Looking for private sites as well. How many people do you think would come Pete cos if we look at CL's or CS's then they only take 5 vans. Sorry lots of questions but that's me.

Would be interested in mid week meets but would need to be a site with showers and toilets as we have reverted back to camping. would also need ehu as our bed would take ages to inflate by mouth (if it were possible to do so). not too worried if no pub or club on site,
Nice to see Ian and Margaret have posted on here, are you keeping ok, long time no see. will keep eye on this thread. as previously stated the fuel costs is now the most important part of going away, hope to meet up with some of you soon

You can buy 12v inflaters run off ciggy lighter in car. my latest airbed is the higher 250cm with a mains pump and you can also pump up with a 12v inflater.
------------- geoff & annb,--
never lost just on tour
your just jealous of the little voices talking to me
Hi Pete, Yes I am back on the road albeit with the trusty Bongo and not a larger unit as hoped. Would love to come along to some mid week meets especially the hidden garden. loved that place. Also I miss the tea. LOL all the breast mate
thanks for the info Geoff but our inflatable mattress does not have the facility to be inflated on a 12v connector. it is only inflated from an electrical source
