hi everyone
due to us not having enough numbers im very sorry but we are having to cancel this meet.
i dont want to leave it any longer as it still gives plenty of time for people to find somewhere else, bands to rebook the dates and the campsite to sell the pitches.
if you have paid a deposit this will be returned in the next 7 days.

You never know, the ones that have paid a deposit might still want to stay with you. I would suggest asking them first before just returning the deposit? Just a thought anyway!

Thanks Bobsbabes, we were hoping to meet you(again?), cos I think we camped next to each other a few years back unless I'm getting confused.
It was a UKCS meet near Worcester, can't remember what the site was called but there were Quad Bikes for rent.....
We had just had a greyhound called Jay.
We were in the corner and if it was you, you were next to us.....
The one day we sat watching a wonderful sunset......

I have just found the site, couldn't remember the site name....
It was one of our first UKCS meets but certainly not our last!
Would be great to meet up again, unfortunately we are a little older, progressed to a Folding Camper and have an extra dog to the collection...
