I have only been to one proper meet where they had the pink stuff and by the time I had finished off my can of beer and thought I would sample some pink, all I found was an empty bowl with a few sad looking bits of fruit in the bottom.

So take my advice if you want some and push to the head of the queue as soon as it is made because 5 minutes later it will be gone

yeah the old crowd was the best many happy times on the pink i was thinking about the times we had together today byt i mainly did the midland meets and a weeks holiday down cornwall,,, happy times

If anyone fancies the Midlands then there's a great campsite just outside Matlock so plenty to do in the area. The campsite has a good play area for kids and they welcome groups of campers. You pitch wherever you like and we've often seen big groups all pitched around a central meeting tent. They also allow campfires!
