Hi new here but not new to camping...
My home is in the Philippines but when i work i live in devon, throughout the lockdown i have been unable to go home so went back to camping.. i have stayed at many sites and loved it but miss the campfire chat..
I am looking for others who like to chat/drink/just sit..
I go everyother weekend so i have visited quite a few sites mainly for 1-2 nights in devon, dorset and cornwall... i am a uk male and 57. Looking for likeminded solo/couple who are happy to sit and put the world to rights lol
Im looking to continue until the campsites close.. even throughout winter...

Hi Drago Drakkon,

I might be interested in meeting up and doing some camping.

I'm over 35 and I live in Nottinghamshire. Winter camping appeals to me. What are your views on wild camping versus designated campsite camping?

has camping in Scotland ever appealed to you?

I enjoy wild camping but can be at home at designated sites.. although the covid nightmare has made them like ghost towns as people, although still friendly are reluctant of course to mix.
At this moment Devon, Dorset and Cornwall are the places I'm interested in. Scotland deserves at least a week 2-3days in different locations and 2 days is all i can do at the moment.
Solo camping is ok when people are not afraid to mix... just miss the chat and "clink clink" of the glasses lol.
I'm camping near liskeard in Cornwall as i write this so my next trip will be in 2 weeks time..
