HI guys n gals ....lol..

My first meet will be at norfolk...ROSE FARM...i have offered to help out , as im up there for 2 weeks, including the meet...

I shall be leaving here ( ESSEX ) this Friday AM.

If any of you that are going, could give me some advice on this?? I WOULD APPRECIATE IT>>>

At the last count there were 10 Units expected ....

When does everyone start arriving at these meets ??cos i havent a clue, as to what im supposed to do for you all,......im getting all shook up over this..lol....and i dont wanna end up being a hunk of burning love ..on someones barbie...lol.... ill get the reciepe for the PINK STUFF..( never tried it before ).....we can sort the saturday barbie when were all together...TESCO is only 10min walk away ..so food wont be a problem for us...

its the kids im worrying about...there entertainment, fun n games ect..

I'm not going to this one but from previous experience, people normally start turning up between 5 - 7pm,

Its a case of welcoming peeps when they turn up and showing them where thier pitch is.

Kids normally entertain themselves but we have noticed an adult v kids footie match goes down well on a sunday

This meet is going to be very small as there are only 12 units booked in, and will generally take care of itself.  The site is collecting the money and pitching people, all you have to do is sit back and chill out and say hello to people, as per our meail correspondance when you offered.

Elvis Dude, don't worry about the kids too much, they will find ways of entertaining themselves, doubt you'll see much of them !
