You must register for the meet via the link on the meets page here and you will then receive an e-mail from the Webmaster which tells you what to do next. In the case of this meet you will have to phone the site and book, they will request payment at this point. They take debit and credit cards. But it is essential that you register first so that we can keep track of who is going.
I am afraid I don't know of any sites with anything arranged for bonfire weekend, we tend to go to rallies and meets rather than going to sites off our own bat. Perhaps if you started a thread in the UK Campsites forum someone may be able to help?
