You have received this email because you have registered an interest in the UKCampsite.co.uk Masham Bonfire Meet from Friday 4th November to Sunday 6th November. You are receiving this email to provide some important information regarding the meet before you set off.
If you have not yet booked your pitch we regret to advise that the site is now fully booked and there are no available pitches.
If you have booked and had confirmation then on arrival at the site, please report to reception to check in and pay your pitch fees for the duration of your stay, once checked in you will be directed to your pitch. There are no hosts for this meet but should you have any questions Sean in reception should be able to answer any questions that you may have..
The meet will be informal as with all our meets and you can join in as much or as little as you like without pressure. There will be a bonfire and fireworks display provided on the Saturday night. We expect things to kick off at around 6pm but see Sean for updates on this.
There is no departure time on your day of departure.
More details can be found on the A To Z. You can download the Meet A to Z from http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/atoz/2005/bswan1005.pdf - this contains useful information about the campsite, and surrounding area. ----------------------------------------------------------- Directions:
From the south you are advised to keep on the A1 until north of Ripon, then turn on B6267 signposted to Masham.
From the north, turn off the A1 at Leeming Bar to Bedale, then on B6268 to Masham.
Entering Masham on A6108 cross river bridge, then along the avenue of trees: turn right up hill, past the garage on right: take second turning on left to Fearby, we are just over 2 miles on left.
If you require further directions we recommend http://www.multimap.com which has a very useful route finder online. -----------------------------------------------------------
Look forward to seeing you at Black Swan Holiday Park for the Masham Bonfire Meet.
Regards
Steve (aka Ratty), and Ian
