Things To Do Places To Go.
Visit the local pub an sample the local brews from Dent Brewery or relax some more at the Meditation Centre. Visit the famous Settle - Carlisle Railway served by Dent Station the highest in England. But for me just sit back and enjoy the site and The Village Hawes to see Wensleydale Cheese being made.
Kirby Stevens via Dent Station, stunning drive and Kirby Stevens well worth the visit.
We return to High Laning Dent. A level site with clean, modern facilities including electric hook-ups, toilet blocks, showers, dish washing & laundry facilities. The site is surrounded by magnificent hills and scenery on the edge of the village of Dent. The village has a small store, two pubs, and various small shops amongst its cobbled streets. Dentdale is quaint and peacefull and ideal for a relaxing holiday with other UKCS members, so come and join us at this stunning location. Don't mis out on a visit to the local pub, where they have local brews of traditional ales from Dent Brewery, such as "Kamikaze".
