Oh dear Graham, sorry to here that, Chris was saying at the weekend things weren't to good ........ thinking of you ... take care xxxxxxxxx
Thanks caz, Chris phoned a while ago, dad is now in Warmsgrove (sp?) awaiting angioplasty (sp?). No doubt she will have a look at the messages on here and I will also let Mum and Dad know that there friends on ukcampsite.co.uk are asking after them.
Do you mean Walsgrave ????
Sorry to hear that your dad is unwell. Please give him our reguards.
Hi Folks and thanks for your thoughts and comments! lol Papa Pip your not last to know - just enjoying myself to much to dare build up too much hope - but things are looking really good I am very happy to say. And, you'll meet him either at Moffat while we are up there or national depending on where you are yourself at the time!
Unfortunately I am being kept very busy with dad being in hospital - to bring those of you who know him up to date he had a serious heart attack late Sunday night and was rushed into Warwick Hospital. He has had 2 further angina attacks since and was transferred to Walsgrave Hospital yesterday. Angioplasty today has led to discussion being required with his consultant as to whether a by pass should be done. We won't know the answer to this until Tuesday at the earliest so it's a bit of a waiting game at the moment. He seems in good spirit and well enough to poke a great deal of fun at me this evening although obviously tiring easily. Anyway we'll keep you informed one way or another of his progress. He and mum were both thrilled to receive the good wishes I passed to them from Als & Nettie, Dave & Dawn. Thanks again all for your thoughts.
Thanks for the online update Chris, and the phone call, still can't get over the thought of our Ian (anti caravanner of the highest order) towing Mum and Dads caravan home last week, the towing bit would be no problem to him but a caravan!!!! God surely does work in mysterious ways!
