After our van build we noticed phone signal in van rubbish. So streaming from phone not great. We don't have TV antenna yet. Any help in boosting phone signal much appreciated also info on decent TV antenna for van would be great.

You’re sitting in a giant faraday cage. Our old phones struggled, newer ones don’t. TV antenna won’t make any difference to phone signal.
And some places just have poor mobile phone signal - we gave up for a few days last week when we only had one bar on the 4G signal, we couldn’t download photos off the BBC news app. It’s fine if you’re on a site with free Wi-Fi.

Hi, don't purchase a status omni ariel they are ribbish. Invest in a status 570 with the booster and signal finder. I believe there's a new one out now with a longer mast. At least you can sit in your unit and adjust the ariel with ease. Still abit pricey, £200 but well worth it. Easy fit but you do need a 12volt supply for the booster. I fitted one to my old van to replace the omni ariel. Have fun. Mick.
