I live in a sited American RV, I own the land and I have electricity, water and sewage connections in place. Can someone please advise me can I extend the RV? I'm now disabled and desperately need a bigger shower room. I have looked at the price of tiny homes, but by god they are so expensive! But I really like my RV I lived in it now for 2 years and absolutely love it, but it needs tweaks here and there to better meet my needs. Any advice will be gratefully appreciated
From a practical point I don't think you can extend the actual RV, that would be quite a specialist job and finding someone to do it could be difficult. One option, as you own the land, is to investigate if you could build a freestanding facility cabin. However you more than certainly would need planning permission. Perhaps have a chat to the local Planning Department as they will be able to advise what is possible and what might be more difficult.
Hi Guys, so sorry for the late reply, thank you you both for your input, it is proving difficult to find anyone to attempt to do this, back to the drawing board I go.
