With regards to filling my Safefill bottle i tryed to use a Shell garage near to my home and was told to leave the forecourt. i have now found a "Re-fill" station which is close to central Birmingham, used by taxi drivers and private car users. I pay less tax on these fill ups due to Domestic and heating use from my Safefill. These stations are sringing up all over the place, it would be a great idea if there was a list of filling (lpg) stations for safefill bottles. Just like the one for vehicle fill ups.

Thanks for the clarification on refueling gas bottles

As for Voltage - I believe that Europe and the UK have standardised on 220V, this i think happened in the 90's as I remember my electricity bills were adjusted to account for the less power used.
