Many US RV's have fixed twin rear beds, a dinette that makes a double and an overcab. I'm sure it wouldn't take too much for a confident DIYer or a local conversion company to convert the fixed twin beds to fixed twin bunks. You'd then have an 8 berth. Your always gonna have problems with travel seating/belts with more than 6 people, but no problem is insumountable. Anyway, just a thought.

Many thanks Brett. Unfortunately, due to our totally unhelpful Housing Association, we have now re-considered our thoughts on buying a 7 berth. It would have been nice, but we really can't afford to risk having the neighbours complain, so we are going for something smaller like a four or five berth, or maybe even a six if it has bunks across the back - anything that is not much longer than 20ft. Difficult I know but on the whole, it will mainly be myself, Hubby, and two youngest going. If any others come, we will put them in tents out in the awning.
Thanks anyway for the reply
Sara
