Linseed oil - Boiled variety as it is slightly thinner then the raw stuff. Rubbed a thin coat (using a lint free cloth) all over the bumper - gave it 10 minutes to soak in - buffed up with a clean lint free cloth.
Be careful how you dispose of the cloths that you used to apply the linseed oil, they are very combustible!
