I have a disclok on the steering wheel (an ordinary krooklock is too easily removed by cutting the wheel open with bolt croppers) and a wheelclamp which I use on the drive.

Spartan, I find that more convenient than removing the fuse is to trace back the wiring from the pump to a concealed place in the loom and fit a cut off switch you can run a bit of 2 core wire and put the switch wherever you like, mine is hidden under the dashboard and I fitted a warning light in the dash to remind me to switch on (cos you do forget)

I know that it is easy to overide all this just by running a wire from battery to pump but a thief would have to suspect that it has been altered first

Yes you could fit a hidden switch i had one on my fuelling device and still took the fuse out.
you can actually get a solenoid fuel line cut off which you put in the line to the pump.
I also fitted a dummy flashing red led light in the dashboard just to tell them it was alarmed.
Time is the key if you have two motor homes one without security and one with which one goes missing.
When i had the first one stolen i removed the front wheels in winter i was so paranoid

The trouble is most of the tools available to an auto locksmith are now available on the net and Joe public can purchase them . I have a security handle/grab rail and a disc lock over the steering wheel.the trick is to try and leave it in a safe place with no valuables left on show.

What I did to one motorhome was to slide the driving seat as far forward as it would go, then drill a 10mm hole in slider frame then fitted padlock through the hole, and driving seat was virtually fixed right up to stearing wheel, so nobody could get in seat to drive away. Cheap as chips.

Lots of ideas here for stopping thieves driving off with you MH but need to restate that if your MH was manufactured post about 2000 then it will have a mobiliser so cannot be stolen without the key.

Stopping people breaking in and stealing things is much more difficult though; alarm probably the simplest option. £15 shed alarms that detect movement might be a simple cheap option?
