M, Been there , still only found the option of the C rail. You have a choice of 2. One Has no backing flat plate behind it, the other does. He knows of nothing else at all. Although he has several vans in the workshop now, and finished ones in the yard. None in the workshop are having rails fitted, and the ones awaiting collection (May delivery) have the same thing as the Reimo job. Which is a delight to look at, but not cost effective. Maybe, as I don't think that the c rails would bend to the profile of your front doors. That you could perhaps cut them short of the door profile, and elasticate the side of the awning tunnel? Not ideal, but the only thing I can come up with. I told him where you live and he said A, Come over, or B, call him. Genuine nice bloke. You can find him at CUSTOM CAMPER SOLUTIONS, in Desborough, Kettering Northants. Over and out mate, can think of nothing else that will help you. The expensive jobs, are as I say fitted to some of his finished vans, and I had the opportunity to feel behind it, in is made of Nylon or plastic, (Could even be powder coated alloy?)and is almost the same profile as a j rail, there is no channel as such. These were all on VW's Have a look at his website. Sorry not to have solved the problem.J.
