Just be careful turning it off as it maybe charging your leisure battery, what type of fridge do you have fitted as if its a compressor type this will continue to draw power from the battery over night..?

If it was a compressor fridge it wouldn't be much of a problem just overnight anyway, as they don't draw all that much current. Especially if the door isn't opened while the charger is off. If the charger is switched back on in the morning it would soon put back into the battery what the fridge had taken out in the night.

there are different sized fridges compressor fridges and although the most common the CRX 50 is very frugal, they get hungrier as you increase the size

I had a Waeco one on my boat. Can't remember the model, but it was about the same size as the fridges typical in many caravans. After a weekend on my boat I forgot to isolate my batteries when I went home. When I got onboard the following weekend the fridge was still running and there was still power left in the batteries. The fridge had a voltage sensor, and would have switched off if the voltage had dropped too far. Obviously the fridge door hadn't been opened all week, and I did have 220ah of battery power onboard.
