My boss has done that a couple of times going north to Walsall and ended up on it by the M42, the thing is you expect to turn off to your left to change motorway and they have done both of the junctions north and south backwards, you stay on to go on the toll.

M6 Toll = Mess x 2 + >= £ to much.

Anyone else fell foul of the M6 Toll rip-off??? Charged as a commercial van equivalent to a 50 seater coach for a Small VW T25 Camper.

 

Previously I have always been charged as a car, last weekend charged as a Van.

The same thing happened to us recently but we protested and they then charged us for a car

Maybe because we were causing a fuss we were actually causing a queue aswell

 The thing with the m6 toll is that even though it is a complete rip off i suppose it is better than queing in standstill traffic, if it were cheaper then maybe there'd be less traffic in the area surrounding the toll road

    wish they'd make it cheaper
