to use a driveaway awning you need a figure of 8 mounting strip costs about £10 it simply slides onto your awning, then other part just slots over your vans rain channel gutter, before anyone jumps up n down saying in a wind it comes undone in the center, i have a top tip to cure this problem, once everything is pegged down , use a length of net curtain wire with a hook attached at each end, hook one end into the center of the figure of 8 rail & other end to ground, being spring loaded it works a treat
