I just dont understand why they are refusing you Oliver as I recently rang them to enquire about a pitch in September for our twin axle, 28ft plus long Auto Trail and and the receptionist was lovely and said she had a few super pitches available that would take our size and even larger vehicles with no problem. I know if all the large pitches have gone then there may be a problem with any campsite but providing the pitches are available you are normally ok and I have never, ever had a problem before with our last motorhome which was 24 foot 6 inches in length. I was beginning to worry about our new one which we get in approx 2 weeks time after reading of your negative experiences and I thought oh dear I hope we dont encounter a lot of problems finding campsites that will accomodate us. It would seem there must be some mistake somewhere Oliver, so I would double check if I were you cos the receptionist assured me that providing they were not full booked up we would be fine!
Good luck.
