sorry for not responding to all the helpful post's on here, negative and positive and cheers delboy for keeping the faith!
I've been working away in the north east and a result of that has been a little too much drinking this combined with coming home for the weekend and doing my family duties, i.e. trapsing round the Trafford centre like a zombie spending my hard earned, has led to me not being able to get on the computer.
I picked her up last week and spoke personally to the fiat mechanic, I had previously told him my, and eveyone on this sites reservations about the van. The clutch needed replacing this was after they had replaced the master cylinder?? and the problem had continued. They also fitted a slave cylinder as I told him to sort out anything which needed doing as it was not coming out of my pocket! So after a full service and taking on board everyone's comments he said the van is like a brand new one and well worth the money, he also went on to say a friend of his had bought one from the same floods and had been running it round with no problems. I am now going to arrange to take her to Swift to get some small bits sorted out like arcitrave replacing 2 small doors and a piece of edging strip and then i'll be taking her to Leisurepower in Warrington to get sattelite t.v. fitted and yep thats it I've made me mind up the girl is mine.
Another thing I forgot to add is that I am paying the lad over a period of 6 months so I kind of have a warranty with her untill i have paid because anything spent on her (repairing wise) is to be knocked off at the end.
This is my last week working away so I will get some picci's for you all to have a butchers at.
Cheers from a very happy and getting ever so slightly cheesier motorhome owner.
