You've certainly got a bit of work to do, but the repairs look well done. What are you using for insulation and the ceiling? While you have the ceiling exposed, it would be a good time to think if you wanted any new lights fitted.
(On that point, I'd recommend that you fit LED bulbs to the internal lights. Much lower power, but better light)

That plastering of sealing round the luton windows looked really awful. You may find that new windows are quite expensive, but hopefully not too much.

No problem displaying the pics - did you add them as a link or as an image?

Keep up the good work. It'll be great when it's finished.

Thanks, Dad has managed to get all of the windows out and we have cleaned everything back to the fibreglass, we have also managed to clean the windows, a couple of cracks but nothing major, mostly on the flat bit, we have superglued them and going to use clear sealant on the inside for the cracks that are on the main window part, not perfect but will do. We need to find some sort of filler that we can cover the flat bits back to the van with, im going to pop in to a car body shop today to see if they will advise on a product we could use. Needs to be able to sand down and paint. Failing that it’s fibreglass which I understand is tricky to work with. Thanks for the tip re the lights, will have a look today. Dad has some of that silver backed insulation, he’s just converted his loft into a workspace :-) Thank heavens for handy ‘ retired’ Dads 🤣

Aren't we dads wonderful There's many a job I've done for my daughters, and when I visit them, I always take a tool kit with me!

LED lights - I replaced the 10W candescent lights with 2W Cool white ones(eBay). The florescent lights are a different matter, so I simply stripped them out and put LED bulbs in the original casing.

Bathroom ceiling is proving to be a bit tricky, it bends 2 ways so the 3mm hardboard we have isnt wanting to go up...aaargh! its 1.3m x 70mm with a roof light nearly central. Has anyone had this issue before? should we try and get a vinyl/ headliner fabric maybe instead of board? Also, the wallpaper in the bathroom is very thick pvc stuff....any ideas where they stock this...havent been able to find it anywhere? Thanks

ps...i have been advised that gloss paint mixed with either petrol or thinners is brilliant for the roof, apply it with a gloss roller and its a much cheaper alternative to the specialist stuff. My job for tomorrow, i will let you know how it goes :-)
