Hi
What are the legal considerations with regards to demoutables? Romehomes apart I’ve seen several (I’m sure you have) that seem to me to be a mismatch with the base vehicle. For example 1600 diesel VW Golf/Skoda pickups with outsized campers of various manufacture, which appear to be of foreign origin. Anyhow does anybody kown what sort of MPG and MPH you could expect from one of these outfits.

I think the issues will be maximum weight, probably a maximum width; lighting.
Ask the people who sell them, try either http://www.niche-marketing.net or http://www.nsr-leisure.co.uk I'm sure they will be able to tell you whats what. I've always fancied one.
