we have a b class hymer with the small headlights. has anyone seen any instructions on how these can be diverted? i read somewhere that you have to loosen three screws, pull out the assembly, turn slightly and push it back in. my problem is, i do'nt seem to be able to find the three screws, anyone had this problem?
thanks
dave

beam benders(diverter stickers) are really only suitable for the larger type headlights. the ones i have are only 3" diameter so a beam bender would block out most of the light.
thanks anyway
dave.

 Hello dollyanne,

Try Deepcar Mtorhomes International - Deepcar - see below.

info at dmiuk.com  they also have a website  www.dmiuk.com

They are a German couple who Import German Hymers (Originally sold on the German market LHD etc) They specialise in Hymers, we have always bought off of them and thay know all the "wrinkles" which the likes of Hymer UK and Brownhills are not interested in ro don't know! They have helped me on several occasions.

I remember reading somewhere that the smaller headlight are much hotter than the larger ones and thus beam benders are no good.

We have a B 544 and are envious of you B644 we have been kicking aorund the idea of charging for an end lounge model 644,but the extra 3ft. is the problem on our drive.

scorpio69 has raised a valid point - whenever I drive abroad I never fit beam benders either - do you actualy intend driving at night and what if you have height adjusting headlights?

Has anyone ever been pulled over by an offical to discuss their headlights?

Just a thought!

Unfortunatly, just because you have no intention of driving at night, if your headlights are not corrected, you will be breaking the law of that country, and risk being fined. Many countries are also introducing laws for driving with dipped beam in bad weather / rain, including France, that includes daytime driving.   kiev
