I have just received my 'small' rally steering wheel from Justkampers ...i fitted it tonight after work....and then took the T25 around the block to try it out..FANTASTIC thats what i say....i was told it would make the steering a lot harder ....but that is in my opinion a lot of rot..... it is to me...just the same as the 'Bus' wheel... it is also so much easier getting in and out of the driver's side door .. worth every penny me thinks.....well done justkampers....you have come through for me again.....thanks guy's......

Hi Nannycatch have you thought of losing weight !!! then you would not have needed a smaller wheel !!! lol i have been using a small wheel on my bus for years now and i think its brill but it can be heavy parking but T2s are heavy on the steering compared to T25s so i have been told good on you mate
Hi vduber72.... may i just say ....what a beautiful looking bus you have got there my friend....i would be well chuffed with that M8...... i was trying to see if i could buy a visor screen to go on the top of my windscreen on my old T25... but i don't think they made em for T25's.... or maybe someone knows different ?
best / and your not wrong about losing abit of weight....

Is this a big thing for camper owners in your neck of the woods, opting for smaller steering wheels? I only ask as it isn't something I have every come across before. Granted it seems odd but fair play to you for doing something with your vehicle that makes driving it even more enjoyable.

The main reason for changing my 'bus' wheel...was because someone tried to get in the camper from the side 'sliding' door... twice......so i have taken the lock and handle off and just open it from the inside only....and when we are away and have the drive - away - Awning on the side we cannot use the front passenger's door...so it is down to the drivers door ....hence i needed a smaller wheel ...cos the 'bus' one was in the way....for getting in.....well thats my excuse anyway.....

I can see another reason why someone would do this. Imagine if you were really large, had a really huge belly, for example. A smaller steering wheel would help here, especially if the seat can't be moved too far back.
