You sound like a bit like you need a flipping good overhaul Biker Jeff ha ha and I must be honest my hubby is showing all the very same signs of depreciation as you. Still as long as we can laugh (without wetting ourselves too much) there is still hope for us and thank god for incontinent pads is all I can say.
