Were you meaning an outside extention? we got a 2 person bedroom inner tent when we got ours(not used or unwrapped yet cos all kip in the Bongo). must say we also very pleased with ours....is fun watching peoples faces as it is up and pegged in minutes by hubby while i do toilet run with kids!!!
Hiya, yes i did mean an outer extension, as i've got the double inner, but it doesnt leave much room. An extension would of been the perfect answer, as I prefer to sleep in the awning rather than me Bongo just feels more out doorsey.
I'm on me own and Bongo has a rock n roll bed, so thats 2 up, 2 down and 2 in the inner and i still aint got enough room lol dunnno how families manage.
Well i do tend to take everything bar the kitchen sink and thats only cos i got one fitted
Seriously though anyone thinking of getting one of these, its a brilliant bit of kit. I looked around for ages for somthing i would beable to manage with ease on my own and this is it. I can have it erected in minutes.
A word of warning DONT let anyone help that doesnt know what there doing, thats when accidents happen. Just got back from a trip and a well meaning campsite lady said "here let me help" and grabs a pole in an instant my finger was trapped in a hinge
we use one of these with our classic awning it fits a treat and gives you a whole seperate room we put ours on the side with the small door it measures 3 by 3 metres with a window either side and its own flysheeted door if you hunt around you can pick one up for 99 quid
No it is easier than that throws over the top of the awning and clips on to the poles also giving you a double skin on the top of the awning it is all very easy to do
