thanks for response - just kampers do the later ones....tried megabug as well who told me that they are really hard to get hold of and they do not have any at the moment....not sure we can wait until september, trying another show this weekend though....

Have you tried VW clubs and Volkszone webisite? people are always selling bits. We may even have one in our shed, but most of our stuff is Beetle, will ask my son when he's home.

Also try Alan Schofield VW van specialist (think he's in Glossop)

ps I snapped our wiper arm in our vw van (our newer one) , but it is the same as a Polo, just a bit shorter!
