We have got an old camper van its basee on a fordt transit a 1994 auto gear box. the speedo cable bust on my son But we carnt get another one as ford say they dont maked them eny more for this van, we had on made but when it came back it bounces up and down till you get to 35 MPH. dose eny one know were i could get another one. the van is a harald templar based on the transit its a 150 di auto 4 gears. thanks

The bounce my not be due to the speedo drive make sure the speedo cable has not got any sharp bends in it pull it back gently from engine bay to make sure it's got a straight run from speedo head

Hi Don....sorry to hear about your problem M8....hopefully 'Billybuns' will see your thread ...and just may be able to help you in some way....i know what ya mean about Fords not doing parts for vehicles...i own an 11year old Ford Scorpio Cosworth....and the crap i have trying to sauce some parts for it is unbieveable...Fords have now discontinued a load of parts for it....Good luck with it M8
