Hi,
Have looked through the warranty with mine and it says
"in order to maka a claim of a defect, you must contact tomtom by email during the warrenty period via www.tomtom.com to explain the defect and to obtain a return materials authorization number (RMA) if necessary"
It goes on to say that the tomtom must be returned to the address provided by tomtom before 180 days is up.
