Prices are available on the website now.

Just done a quote for early June - £106.25.  Going out at 7.30pm Thursday (£43.75) to give ourselves an extra day in France! and returning at lunchtime 10 days later on the Sunday (£62.50).

Had to do quite a bit of clicking on "earlier/later ferry" to get the cheapest fares though.  Wish they'd just put a chart with all the times/prices on and then you just click the one you want.  I'm sure they used to do that - or was that Sea France?

Bev

I am on their mailing list but haven't had anything from them about Dover/Calais prices for 2008.

Thanks for the link I'll give it a try and see if I can get it even cheaper!  Then I'll send off my Tesco voucheres - haven't got enough for the full amount but it'll still make it cheaper.  Don't think it's worth waiting for the next lot in case they don't come in time!

Don't think you can use Tesco Vouchers in conjunction with any other discount, but worth trying anyway.

Booked ours on Monday this week for Hull to Zeebrugge and got a cheaper price on the phone to the one that was showing on-line by £156.

OMG, booking for next June already! you must be ultra organised. We never book before a week to go. This year paid £78 return with Seafrance. Out at 9.00 and back at 1800. Great times, saves a race to calais and getting up at some ungodly hour in the morning.

In Whit week, we travelled to France with Norfolk line for only £68.

One thing to consider is that you may want to start doing all your shopping at tesco. When we were in the south of france we spoke to a family with a trailer tent that do all their shopping at tesco, fuel at tesco etc. Then they cash in their clubcard points and are able to go to santanda in Spain for free.... You can use clubcard points on most Pand O  ferries.

Hull - Zeebrugge 16/8/08

Zeebrugge - Hull 28/9/08

2 Adults, X-Trail and Caravan (Caravans go free at weekends, limited number of places) cost £408 which includes Outside 2 berth cabins and evening meals both ways.

I booked this over the telephone as I had Tesco Vouchers to use and as I was on the phone I had an on-line quote on the screen (so I could haggle if needed) of £564: no need to haggle.

In my opinion I would rarther drive on the other side than face the appalling Journey to Dover.

Thanks for that Prospector.£408 return still seems a lot to me.This year I paid £68 Sea France Dover Calais return plus fuel to Dover at £80. I agree about the drive down and we did do the Hull ferry some years ago which was convenient. The price then was about £200.Times and circumstances change, we are now retired and watch the pennies closely.

I will still enquire as I do like the overnight trip and early start the other side.
