Hi there is a company who go to all the shows that do side and front panels for RV awnings, we have looked at them ourselves, around £400-£500 if I remember rightly.

I think you screw a small fitting in to the side of the van at each end of the awning, and a hole into the roller also at each end. Then a metal tube fits into these, the sidewalls attach to this, the front panel slides into the groove that is already in the roller.

I would think once you have done it a few times it would take 15mins. to set up, Quality look good and they seem very helpful. Only snag is I can't remember their name. If you are interested I will try to hunt it out.
