Any help

We have a New Ace Firenze Motor Home  on a Fiat 250 chassis with 2.3 engine just spent a week in Devon and have had a problem reversing it on a hill Any one had any simlar problems

Is it shuddering? If so it is a reported occurrance that seemingly clears itself after a few thousend miles.

Any more info on this shuddering only the clutch smells nasty as well when we get this shuddering
