Have you read the Autocruise post?

I could have trouble with my rear end and it could take months to sort out!

Val

Is that a better thingy!

Hi VAL

Yep read it but didn't want to mention your saggy rear, anyway they may have fixed yours hence the long delay. I will have a word with your fella at Southport just to make sure it's OK for me to run my hands all over your rear end just to make sure it's still nice & firm. Just noticed we're on page 6 now, right gota go my lads just sent text sounds like he's blown his engine

Hi Keith,

I have just had a quick look at the Autocruise Motorhomes on Ebay and they are a good price! They appear to be "hybrids" as they are a mish-mash of Pioneers and the old and new spec of Autocruise!

Pioneer has been discontinued and all the worktops in the models featured are a grey colour which is the colour Poineer used,Autocruise worktops are cream.

Some of them have the old Autocruise decals, some have decals I have never seen on an Autocruise and one of them has the new 2008 decals which are square boxes in grey and terracotta.

They also seem to have the new style lockers in them so I suspect they have been made up of the Pioneers that were lurking in the factory with some of the new spec added on to finish them!

Not technically the 2008 spec and who ever buys them will have to make sure the dealer gives them a warranty as they could be vehicles that don't carry the full warranty.

There are a lot of discounted Autocruises around at the moment as I think there is quite a bit of stock to shift. However, well spotted, there will be nothing wrong with these motorhomes (IMO!)

Hi Jarvis,

Did your mate get this information from a dealer or directly from Autocruise?

I have contacted a director of Autocruise and they have sent me written confirmation that there is no problem on the Starblazers rear! Did your mate indicate which part of the rear end is causing the problem? Its not a very precise statement.

The director informs me there is no fault on the Starblazer and it was not the reason they went bust,so I hope so because I am picking mine up on Saturday!! But thanks for the info, you never can be to sure!

Oh mick,I am exhausted now! Changed the gallery as I was faffing about trying to resize photos and work out how you get pictures in the actual body of the post. Not worked that one out yet!

You would recognise us,we always have an elderly chocolate labrador in tow with us!

We could have a problem with Southport,we are waiting for confirmation of a time and date for a funeral and it's looking like it is going to be next Friday so I will let you know, don't want you approaching blondes in Southport.

I once approached someone from this site only it was not them and I made quite an a£$e of myself! Tell you all about it one day!

Still up for our own little rally if you can get the Lincolnshire mob rounded up,otherwise you will have to make do with the Man Servant of Morley and the Duchess of Drig!!

Val

I will make sure you have a good look at mine!

Photos of some description will be posted on Monday, god willing!

Our dog always gets the friday fidgets when he thinks he is off on another jolly, god knows what he will do tomorrow when we go off in it without him!

Oh the photo was from Riverside,High Bentham earlier this year so it's fairly up to date, although this new Motorhome has probably added a few wrinkles and they certainly are not laugh lines!

Hope you have a good weekend.

Val

Ha! bloody ha!

Yes we are there and it is lovely!

I have not had the chance to take photos because (as you will know) its p£$$ing it down outside!

If it is dry tomorrow I shall take some piccys and post them!

The raskelf is in situ!

How did you about my fetish for tie backs?

We have a couple of niggly problems....like no manual for the control panel,a roof light that looks like Torvil and Dean have been skating on it and the water pump stays on continually on but nothing too drastic!!

Photos tomorrow I PROMISE!

Val
