Dave
Is your motorhome a new one? I only ask that coz we did EXACTLY the same thing (when I say we I mean OH - thankfully!) a few weeks ago.
We were told that we didn't have protected no claims because they do not offer it on a new policy for a brand new motorhome. I guess you have to build up your no claims before you can protect them, although they mirrored our NCD from our car on this new policy????
Anyway, we've decided that it's not worth the hassle to claim and have found a local guy who is repairing our rear bumper for us for £200. We then remain claim free and then can protect next year?
Hope this helps? Sharon
