Just brought melvis and he has no knob on the thermostat control so dont know what temp he is at. does anyone know where i can get another knob from or something else that will be the job just as good.

Is a real pain as never had one before and reading the manual it needs to be on 3/4.

Another stupid ? do u have to have gas hooked up to use the fridge? as the burner light wont light i have a spark but thats all?

Sorry if this is a really silly ? but just wondered as you have to turn off gas when traveling.

As for the fridge it works on Gas, Mains, Battery, make sure the main gas tap is on normally located under sink, cooker or wardrobe should be 3 taps together fire, cooker, fridge. The fridge wont work on gas if the van is on a slant of more than 3 degrees, & will only work on battery if the engine is running, mains speaks for itself & no you dont have to have gas hooked up but you do need 240v mains

ok i had a major brain wave when i was cleaning the fridge and cooker(doesnt happen very ofter says my hubby lol)

The knobs off the cooker fit onto the fridge thermostat so jobs a gooden!!
