Hmmmmmm......
If it's a self build, the window could come from any of numerous sources, you need to try and identify the make of window in order that the replacement will fit into the same gap.
However!!!.........if the window fell out it does seem to imply that it never really was fitted properly into the van, in which case you may be better off buying a slightly larger window and re-cutting (carefully) the space into which it fits.
