Just come back from a weekend away at the Chertsey Camping and Caravan site. We have a motorhome. It's certainly one of the largest sites we have been too thus far - nicely situated next to the river Thames - (superb cycling facilities running alongside the Thames for miles).
Shower block is excellent - powerful shower, with floors sloping so that there area you get dressed in stays dry (little things...)
On the downside, the noise from aircraft taking off from Heathrow is pretty much constant into the evening, and after a short break, starting early the following morning - so take earplugs!
Spent a great day out at Windsor - recommend the park and ride for cheap parking - the long stay was £6.00 for just 3 hours!!
We shall be returning in September and treating the kids to a day out at Legoland
