Sorry dont know of any, BUT going to Wales is all about enjoying the landscape and that includes the terrain. I dont care much for scenary as flat as a pancake. Good luck.

Surely a decent road atlas would show steep gradients, usually marked as > or >> in the direction of the ascent.
