------------- Think this year is to follow old meet friends for 2014.
If you cant do someone a good turn, don`t do them a bad one,its nice to be nice you know, and little things mean much more later in life.
Pete.
Go for the T25 syncro/vanagon/T3 etc. It sounds like from your budget, you could probably get a 70's bay, but these 80's buses are better for camping offroad. Most need to be maintain - so you have to be in it for the long haul.
Try to get a diesal, like mine if you can too - more miles to the gallon!
Well if you relly want a hymer then from the end of next month you would get an older hymer for about 3 k ish then you have all winter to get it ready for next year .
Thats what i am going do and i enjoy doing the jobs that need doing because i do like a challenge.
------------- you may be frustrated now but infront of me there is a big incline . yeh it may be slow but it is in front
Many thanks for all your advice, its my first time on here and am amazed at how quick my post has had replies. A big thanks to delboy.Im going to take your advice and look for a hymer.
I think you will do ok with the hymer model the only thing i would say is look for a good 2.5 ish diesel the fiat/ citroen engine is good and merc engine is bang on but a little slow so dont expect a road rocket .
I wish you luck in your quest and hope you keep us all informed as to your progress/purchase.
