Hello folks, we started camping last year with a tent, but as my wife and I are not in the best of health we decided to buy a second hand camper as we couldnt manage to maul ourself with putting tents up. The problem we are having at the moment is finding curtains and upholstery eg seat covers for Ford Transit Motor homes. The interior is pretty scruffy though we are not complaing because of its age. There seem to be alot of sites on ebay for vw campers but none for Ford for upholstery etc. If anyone knows of anywhere that sells these things we would be so greatful for guiding us in the right direction. Thank you. Bob and Lynn

Hi, In the last five years I have had two vans "seen to" at Regal Furnishings near Nottingham. (They advertise in all the motorhome mags). The first time I had my Volkswagon Camper re-upholstered and new curtains made, the secand time, new foam in my present van. Both these jobs were carried out while we went shopping.
If its a bigger job, then there is a hook up for an overnight stay.I can only say that on both occasions I was nothing less than delighted both with service and quality.

I want to thank both you and Derek for your help, we are so greatful and I shall be ringing them when we get back in a few days time. I will let you both know how we get on which ever way we do it. You both have given us something to look for when we were both feeling a bit dejected. Thank you. Bob and Lynn
I know of someone near Rugby she normally does narrow boats but it's the same thing, let me know and I can get a number for her if you are interested. My friend has had curtains made by her for her narrow boat and is really pleased with them.
