Low Emission zone? 9 out of 10 days in the UK the wind blows & so dissipates any emissions, whilst I agree that polution should be kept to an absolute minimum, the shear lunacy of declaring an unenclosed area a low emission zone defies logic!

What next? declaring the countryside a low methane zone? go tell all the cows, sheep, goat, horses etc to stop farting!!!!

Dont forget the Planes in the sky, do they not give of emissions.????

All the expansions to the airports will that increase emissions???

Mind you they are closing pubs down so that will stop some of the beery blow outs !!!

Right I cannot change the wording to no 10 but I have copied the Petition
(all 20 pages) to prepare it to be sent to others.
I have been able to correct my Typing errors
If I reword it at this point would this sound better.

Motorhome Owners average Mileage in United Kingdom is aprox 6,000 per year. We rally at weekends and enjoy holidays around the country.
This Recreation is enjoyed by many including families and retired couples and so we cannot afford these disproportional fines or scrap our vehicles, as advised in many of the articles on the subject. Our carbon footprint is very small compared to Lorries (English or foreign).
