We tend to use our motorhome for weekends during the winter (Swift Suntor on a Fiat Ducato 2.8) As well as giving us pleasure, I feel that its a good way to keep everything working rather than letting it stand. The only problem that we have yet to overcome is one of condensation on internal windows and bare metal surfaces in the cab overnight. We use external silver screens which reduces the problem but goes nowhere near to curing it. Any suggestions motorhomers?
You need better ventilation, especially overnight. It seems obvious in the cold times to plug anywhere cold & draughty, but it pays to let your van "breathe" if you know what I mean! I had the same issue, but leaving a vent open overnight (You'll know how much &which one) & a fan heater on in morning soon sorts it. It's a bit trial & error, but remember if heating on gas, you need adequate airflow for obvious reasons!

------------- relájate, la vida es demasiado corta
Never had the problem, external silver screen, cab to van curtains pulled on, mini heki in over cab which lets air flow, gap under fridge and oven, plus me snoring !! LOADS of moving air (plus the OH !! )
