Hi, we bought the above awning from Campershop (I think) last summer. We used it for seven nights in August and two nights last weekend. When we were taking it down last week I noticed that there are some small holes appearing in the material where it clamps onto the van. I'm guessing that as it's been blowing around in the wind the material has rubbed on the clamps and worn through. There is also a small hole appearing on one of the pole sleeves that doesn't even touch anything. The rubbery coating is starting to peel around these areas.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
I'm dissapointed this has happened after only 9 nights - after all these aren't the cheapest awnings in the world and we chose it for what we thought was going to be superior quality. I'm worried that these holes are just gonna get bigger evey time its used. Looked on the Khyam website, but couldn't find a contact email address. I've probably just missed it, but does anyone know it?
